Helen Ryan has been working in dentistry for over 35 years. In that time, she has acquired incredible skills in managing dentist appointment books and liaising with patients who require urgent appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Helen implicitly understands the need for some patients to be seen urgently, whether due to pain or pending medical treatments that require immediate attention. Her excellent communication skills enable her to act as an effective intermediary between the dentist and the patient. She deeply understands patient needs and is committed to helping them in any way she can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Helen began her career in London in 1990 and, after three years, returned home to Limerick. The following year, she started at Dr. Peter Shorten\u2019s clinic on O’Connell Avenue, where she assisted chair-side and managed appointment books and telephone bookings. As a practice manager for almost 30 years, she has encountered and managed virtually every situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After Dr. Peter Shorten retired in 2018, Helen moved to the Alexandra Dental Clinic, in O\u2019Connell Avenue, Limerick working with Dr. O\u2019Donovan and Haim Shrief. She was integral in building a strong, professional clinic, maintaining the highest standards at all times. Helen ensures adequate stock levels for all staff and manages spending within the surgery, ensuring the surgery is always fully stocked and accounts are kept up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Helen is one of the hardest working individuals in the Irish dental sector, consistently going above and beyond for her patients and colleagues. She is highly confidential and leaves no stone unturned in her dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
